Shipping time

All orders received before 12:00 p.m. will be delivered to the transport network the same day, unless unforeseen or unforeseeable constraints.

The delivery time

Delivery time is 2-3 working days.

The delivery method
Only home delivery is offered. The relay point option is not possible due to the large volume of the package (>120cm). Delivery is ensured by the carrier DPD.

Delivery costs are calculated before payment according to the weight.

You have 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return any product at your expense, in its original packaging and in perfect condition (unused, uncleaned), to request replacement. exchange or refund without penalty. You must report by email and attach a copy of the invoice or other element allowing you to identify the order and its holder. If the package is lost or damaged when returning the product, the cost of the damage is your responsibility. We will reimburse you for any amounts already paid excluding any shipping costs and processing costs of €10.
