FAQs
Our play mat is very easy to clean with a simple damp cloth with mild soap. We do not recommend the use of harsh chemicals to preserve the quality of the material. Ballpoint pens and felt-tip pens that are not water-based, as well as certain foods, can leave marks on the mat. We advise you not to leave heavy furniture for a long time as this risks leaving permanent marks.
Our mat is designed to withstand daily wear and tear and remain comfortable and secure even with frequent use. Some health and early childhood professionals have been using it for more than 3 years and it has not changed.
Yes, thanks to its reversible design and generous dimensions, our mat adapts to different spaces and decoration styles. For large houses, it can take up its entire place in the living room. For smaller spaces, its size makes it ideal for a child's bedroom.
The mat arrives rolled for easy transport. We recommend unrolling it and leaving it flat for a few hours to return to its optimal shape.
We offer a one year warranty on all our rugs, covering manufacturing defects. Traces or wear due to use are not covered by the warranty.

This is a question that comes up often and we understand it completely. To answer you, yes we are aware that our carpets represent an investment and they are, therefore, not accessible to all families. We are the first to regret this but behind each company there is a reality of cost and constraints profitability, essential to take into account so that the model can continue. So yes, producing a durable carpet, with innovative materials, without harmful substances, while guaranteeing comfort and safety, it has a cost (and it represents 35% of the price of sale of the carpet). To this must be added the 20% VAT paid to the State, maritime transport and logistics (12%) without forgetting the commissions of payment platforms, communication costs, hosting of the site, the software and tools to run the business and then because it is also reality, the remuneration of the entrepreneur's work. You therefore have every right to jump to the ceiling but the price of our carpets is fair and aligned with our values and ambitions.
Our play mats are made in South Korea, the home country of Misun, our founder. It is a choice of heart but also a choice of reason. Industrial reality means that today, producing our carpets in France or even in Europe is not possible (no manufacturer could offer us the expected result, both in terms of the composition of the carpets and the aesthetics). In Korea, on the other hand, this type of mat is quite widespread. It is also a country where the level of requirements is high and where safety standards are stricter. After more than 3 years of collaboration and more than 6000 carpets produced without any after-sales service return, I am more than happy to be able to count on our trusted partner and to contribute at my level to the development of my country of origin.
